After getting the go ahead from my former adoption coordinator at Adoption Ark, I have determined that the proceeds from a Valentine’s Day Cookie Sale will be the start of the Zhenya and Zoe grant fundraising. My goal is to make 40 batches of cookies – 30 cookies in a batch. For a total of 1200 cookies. I will donate the ingredients, make and decorate the cookies, arrange for the sales with each church, and deliver the cookies.
Since this year Valentine’s Day is on a Sunday I need to find 12 willing church going friends who would be willing to sit at a table and sell 100 cookies to members of their church on Valentine’s Day. This means I need to connect with 12 different friends who attend 12 different churches in the Illinois area. Interested?
